Please call our office at 325-653-1391 to schedule an appointment for your pet. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for your pet. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us to reschedule.
We are proud to offer in town pick-up and delivery services for our elderly and handicapped clients. Your pet will be picked up from home and upon completion of services, delivered back to you.
What to Bring to your Pet's First Appointment
Your pet's first appointment with a veterinarian, or even switching veterinarians, can be intimidating. If it is your pet's first visit with us please bring any veterinary records that could pertain to their visit from your previous veterinarian. You can ask us at the time you make your appointment about any records you will need. Other than that you just need your pet!
We will not bill your pet insurance provider or process any claims. Pet insurance requires pet owners to pay the veterinarian and file for reimbursement from their insurance after the visit.
Payment is expected in full at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, checks (which are run electronically), Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard.
Though payment is expected at the time of service, we understand that not everyone can pay their bill in one payment. That is why we are proud to accept other forms of payment, including CareCredit. This program allows you to pay your bill over a certain amount of time.
